The Aqua Committee announces, award winning independent film maker, Tina Mabry as special quest speaker for the 4th annual Aqua Community Unity Awards. Tina's latest film "Mississippi Damned" has won numerous awards at film festivals across the country including "Best American Independent Film" at the Philadelphia Film Festival and "Best Feature Film" at the Chicago festival.
